ACTUAL CAMP HOURS ARE 9am to 11:30am
For working parents, early drop is available at 8:30am and late pick-up of players up until but no later than 12:00 noon.
Ambush Professional Staff provide all instruction including but not limited to:
- Dynamic Warm Up with the Ball
- Technical Skills sessions focused on dribbling, passing, and receiving away from pressure maximizing ball possession.
- Scoring focused on crossing, proper preparation to strike the ball on goal, shooting with power and fitness.
- Goalkeeping - positioning, ready position, shot blocking, diving, and deflecting.
- Speed and Agility - Cardio, balance and injury prevention activities daily.
- Small Sided Games - The kids love to scrimmage. Plenty of time to scrimmage and have fun.
