Parks Without Borders in North Fulton
The City of Alpharetta and Johns Creek have recently agreed upon and implemented a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), positively impacting youth soccer. Effective immediately, this MOU will allow Alpharetta and Johns Creek families to participate in each other's programs at the resident rate, thus avoiding the non-resident fee that has always been in place. For those families who have paid the non-resident fee in the past, you realize this is a substantial savings when budgeting for your child's athletic participation throughout the year. This MOU covers recreation-level soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and softball only. It does not include travel sports, academy soccer, or select (SCCL) soccer for now. Ambush Soccer Club President, Doug Yearwood commented, "This is an incredibly massive step forward for youth soccer at Ambush. For 15 years, we've worked diligently to create a soccer program that is attractive to everyone in our area. It is a great day seeing leadership in these two municipalities come together to make it possible for all kids in Alpharetta and Johns Creek to play youth sports near their homes and with their friends. Our efforts will continue as we move forward in hopes that travel, academy, and select sports will one day be included in this MOU as well."
The new MOU was implemented recently and covers the Alpharetta Ambush Soccer Club 2023 Spring Rec soccer season. If you are an Alpharetta or Johns Creek resident, you may select the "resident" option when registering for Spring Rec soccer. If you live in any other municipality then please continue to register as a "non-resident". If you're not sure if you are an Alpharetta or Johns Creek resident, please

If you are a Johns Creek resident and have already registered and paid for Spring 2023 rec soccer, we will be issuing refunds equal to the non-resident premium to the credit card you used during registration. Refunds will be processed in the next 10 to 14 days.
