Two Ambush Girls Sign to Play College Soccer

Congratulations to Safiya Said and Lindsay Young of the Ambush G03 Red team.  Both players have recently signed to play soccer this Fall at Oglethorpe University. Safiya has been at Ambush for 10 years since she first started at U9.  Coach Doug commented, "She is one of the most skillful and tenacious girls players Ambush has ever produced".  Lindsay came to Ambush 4 years ago and Coach Doug also commented, "Lindsay came to us and instantly became a ferocious defender throughout her high school years."  Oglethorpe University are getting two of the areas best players and they are getting two young ladies that will represent their university in the most professional way possible.  Congrats to Ahmed and Cindy Said and Todd and Lynn Young as well.  Your commitment and sacrifice as parents throughout the youth soccer years is to be admired!  Good luck girls and we hope to see you at an Oglethorpe Womens Soccer Game this Fall.  Go Ambush!!
