As part of the Georgia Soccer 50 Year celebration, a list of the Top 50 coaches has been selected.  We congratulate Coach David Eristavi, long time director of coaching for Alpharetta Ambush Soccer Club for being selected to this prestigious list.  Coach David’s credentials as a coach are certainly outstanding having won multiple State and Regional Championships as well as National Championships with Ambush teams in both USYSA and Super Y.  Beyond this however, in the Academy age groups, he is recognized as one of the top developers of technical skills and talent in the Region which is equally impressive and impactful.  Coach David joins this list of Hall of Fame coaches much deserved for all of the thousands of players he has had a positive impact on over the years.  You cannot find a soccer field where Coach David is present and one of his former players doesn’t run up and say, “Coach David, it’s so great to see you!”  And of course we hear the all to familiar response from Coach David, “Ohhh Poppie, I can’t believe…. look how you’ve grown, it’s so great to see you!”….

Congratulations Coach David.  This is recognition much deserved and long overdue.  We are very proud you are the leader of Alpharetta Ambush Soccer Club.
